*Please note neon yellow  has poor UV stability and is not recommend for outdoor use 

*Use a clean white base under all neons

* We recommend to use our polyester or Acrylic clear top coat if being kept outside or in areas that receive high UV light to keep the neon pigments from fading as fast. 

*If using a clear top coat expect a variation of the finished product.
